🌈 Minute 1–2: Action Songs

Song 1 Repeat from last two Sundays. Toddler’s brains need repetition Grab the toddlers' attention immediately by giving them a physical task. • What to do: Have all the children sit on the floor. Pass around plastic building blocks or toy hammers/tapping sticks. • The Action: Teach them to tap their blocks or sticks together or on the floor. • The Song (Sing to the tune of The Wheels on the Bus):

Engage their senses and gross motor skills with color and movement. • What to do: Give each toddler a colorful ribbon or scarf to wave. • The Action: Have them wave the ribbons low, then high, then in big circles. ****(Sing to the tune of Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star): Rainbow, rainbow in the sky, (Wave ribbons high) God’s big promise way up high. (Reach up on tiptoes) Red and yellow, green and blue, (Wave ribbons side to side) God keeps promises to you! 📖 Minute 3–5: The 2-Minute Story

Use your voice to mimic the change from a rainy day to a bright, happy day. • Story Script: (or read from toddlers picture Bible)

"The rain finally stopped falling on Noah’s big boat. Shhh... listen. No more rain! (Put hand to ear). Noah opened the window. The warm sun came out. Ahhh! (Smile wide). Then, God did something amazing. He painted a giant, beautiful rainbow across the whole sky! (Trace a huge arc in the air with both hands). It had red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple. (point or show colours with each colour mentioned) God told Noah, 'Whenever you see the rainbow, remember my promise. I will always take care of the world. 'Every time we see a rainbow, we can smile because God always keeps His promises!"

🔴 Minute 6–8: Active Learning (Find the Color)

Reinforce color recognition and give toddlers a chance to move around. • The Game: Before class, place a few red, yellow, and blue items (like plastic blocks, pom poms or toys) around the room. • The Action: Call out a color. "Can everyone find one YELLOW item? Go look!" • The Goal: Toddlers run to find an item of that color and bring it back to a central pile. As they drop it off, say: "Yellow is in the rainbow! God keeps His promises!" Repeat for red and blue.

🎨 Minute 9: The 1-Minute Craft (Dot Sticker Rainbow)

A high-speed fine motor craft that builds a rainbow without any glue or paint. • Supplies: A pre-drawn sheet of paper for each child showing a simple, curved rainbow outline. Strips of bright, colorful dot stickers. • 0:00 – 0:15: Give each child their rainbow paper and a sheet of dot stickers. • 0:15 – 0:45: Help the toddlers peel and stick the colorful dots along the curved lines of the rainbow. Teacher Prompt: "Put a red dot right here! Wow, look at your beautiful colors!" • 0:45 – 1:00: Collect any leftover sticker sheets. Toddlers hold up their completed rainbow pages to show each other.

🙏 Minute 10: Wrap-Up & Blessing

Bring the energy down to prepare for the next activity or parent pickup. • Memory Verse Practice: Have the children sit in a small circle. Say together: "God (point up) keeps (hold hands tightly) his promises (nod head yes)." Repeat three times, getting quieter each time. • Closing Prayer: "Dear God, thank you for making the beautiful rainbow. Thank you for always keeping your promises to Noah, and for keeping your promises to us. Help us remember that you love us every single day. Amen."
